April Earl
I would like to nominate April Earl. April is an incredible asset to Fielding Elementary. She greets everyone who enters the office with a warm smile and a friendly hello. She treats every student as if they were her own, knowing each one by name and making sure they feel loved, valued, and safe.
April’s impact extends far beyond the students—she is just as amazing to the staff. She is always willing to help, whether it’s making copies, laminating, or simply being a listening ear on a hard day. Her positive attitude is constant and she brings warmth and encouragement to everyone around her.
I hope April truly knows how deeply she is loved and appreciated by both the students and staff at Fielding Elementary.
