Melinda Jepperson
I’ve had the opportunity to watch Melinda step up as Assistant Kitchen Manager while the current manager is on medical leave. Her dedication and hard work have certainly not gone unnoticed. She has done an outstanding job of handling all of the extra responsibilities.
She has taken on this role with confidence and grace, ensuring that both breakfast and lunch rotations continue to run smoothly under her leadership. Melinda always greets students with a kind smile and is consistently willing to jump in and help staff whenever needed. She is one of the kindest and most responsible employees we have.
Fielding is truly lucky to have someone like Melinda — along with her wonderful kitchen staff — who work so hard to make school lunch an enjoyable experience for everyone.
